In our, Islam Marriage is a Sunnat of our Beloved Prophet (p.b.u.h), and as per the teachings of Islam and our Prophet(p.b.u.h), do not make marriage difficult, like relating marriage with materialistic things, Like a Good Job, Good Education, Status, Own house, etc.
As we all are Observing in our society that Rich goes richer and poor becomes poorer and difference in between rich and poor is increasing day by day which also creates many problems, for poor its difficult to even fulfill their basic needs like food, clothes shelter, than how they get a good quality education, how they bear the expenses of their education, and if they can’t get the quality education how they get a good job and how they bear their own expenses, how they run their household expenses, how they can get married and it’s a reality that everyone wants to be married in a well-settled family and with a well-settled person who holding a Good Job, earning a handsome salary, good status, etc.
Let’s suppose If a man belonging to a middle-class family, and living in a Joint family with his parents and doing job in an ordinary office / School/factory, etc and earning salary ranging between 30,000/- – 35,000/- so he may face many difficulties in getting a good life partner, as every woman want to be getting married to a Prince who holds a good professional status like Doctor, Engineer, earn high salaries, perks, benefits, etc.
Every parent wants to marry her daughter to a well-settled person and in a well-reputed family. On another side, there are many poor families who want to marry their daughter, but they are financially not strong or they are financially weak, due to their financial problems, no one agrees to marry in the said family because people want to marry with an educated girl, well-settled girls, maintained girls.
Despite the above-mentioned truths, this is also a reality that some people are liberal and some are conservative. Now again every one defines and applies the definition of liberal and conservative according to his needs and according to his or her mindset.
If we talk about women, so-called liberal and human rights activists said that there should be no restrictions for women, women are not bound to listen to anyone, even their parents, husbands, etc.
There should be complete freedom for every woman to wear any clothes, any design, women can speak anything, women can do anything, Such so-called liberal mindset said that women are not bound to answer anyone, even to their husbands, there should be complete freedom so they can go anywhere, any time, with anyone.
But this is also a reality that there are many people who want their wife/life partner should be educated, intelligent, but they are not preferred that their wife going outside for doing Job, not because that, they want to impose the restrictions, by doing this they are showing more care and love, but some negative and sick mindset people taking this negatively and making an issue that we can’t accept any restrictions.
If we follow and read the teachings of Islam and our Prophet (p.b.u.h) and his daughter Bibi Fatima Zahra (s.a), she gave us a very positive message by observing pardah, by doing her housework with her own hands and many other important messages, which we all need to be learn, understand and implement in our daily life.
There are many human rights organizations and human rights activists are doing and spreading good work, for the betterment and empowerment of women, which is a very positive thing, but in the shelter of Human Rights Organization so many so-called Human Rights Activists spreading false content and they said that their efforts are just to giving women a so-called “Freedom” but their agenda is different.
In Pakistan divorce rate is increasing rapidly, marriage becomes more difficult mainly because of these so-called human rights activists, as they are changing the mindsets of new generation girls, we can understand it easily, with a very little example:
As per these so-called human rights activists “If any women wearing short clothes, sleeveless shirt, so its women right and no one allowed to tell a single word to women”.
Due to increasing differences between Rich and Poor, black and white, well educated and less educated, Good Jobs and Ordinary Jobs, marriage becoming difficult more and more.
As marriage is going difficult, so the reason for increasing rape, child abuse cases in Pakistan is one of them.
As in Islam sexual relationship between husband and wife is allowed and legal as every man and woman have desires but if you make difficult a legal marriage than, where these desires are fulfilled.
As our Pakistan is an Islamic state and in Islam, sexual Relationship between man and women without marriage is not allowed or nor permissible, and also there is no place in Pakistan where people fulfill their desires and also not legal and not allowed in Pakistan.
But as far as in European countries sexual relationships between male and female without marriage is allowed and legal and there are many places where people have freedom and option to fulfill their sexual desires without marriage.
So people have to change their mindsets, just in the name of empowerment, freedom imposing western culture will not accept, To get real and true success we need to follow the teachings of Islam, our beloved last prophet (p.b.u.h) and Ahl al-Bayt (a.s).
Making marriage easier and creating the laws to make marriage easier will helps to control child abuse, rape cases and help in building better and positive society.
