“Some days I felt like I was really defeated by my depression, it’s a tiring battle,” he wrote. It’s a reminder to those who fight this disease like me that there are days when you feel like you can’t fight this disease anymore.
The actress added that you don’t have to justify your mental health to anyone. Prioritize yourself when needed, take time to relax, and hang out with good people and high vibrations.
“Remember you are always worth fighting for. And tomorrow could be such a beautiful day,” Lili Reinhart wrote at the end of her message.
