Karachi: Senior legend journalist and esteemed member of the Karachi Editors Club (KEC), S.M. Fazal, passed away on Monday. His Namaz-e-Janaza and funeral were held on Tuesday.
In a condolence meeting of KEC, President of KEC, Mubashir Mir, along with General Secretary Manzar Naqvi, Agha Masood Hussain, Col. (R) Mukhtar Butt, Iqbal Jamil, Khursheed Hyder, Haseena Jatoi, Naeem Tahir, Naeemuddin, and other members of the Executive Committee, expressed profound sorrow and regret over the loss of their senior colleague.
S.M. Fazal, who was associated with the Jang Group for a considerable period, made invaluable contributions to the field of journalism. His legacy will be remembered and cherished.
KEC officials conveyed their heartfelt condolences to S.M. Fazal’s family, praying for his soul to rest in eternal peace in Jannah and for strength to be bestowed upon his bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude. Ameen.
