KARACHI – Karachi industrialists have agreed to intensify the joint struggle with a platform to solve the problems. In a joint statement, Site Association of Industry, Landhi Association of Trade & Industry and North Karachi Association of Trade & Industry expressed their full confidence on Zubair Motiwala, Chairman Businessmen Group and former President, Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, also assured full support.
Abdul Hadi, president Site Association of Industry, in a statement, supported the initiative of Zubair Motiwala to work together on a single platform, saying that the industrial community was in dire need of a common platform. KCCI playing its role to resolve issues related to industries.
SAI chief stated, ‘‘The industrial community can raise its voice jointly at KCCI platform to save industries from collapse and meet legitimate demands, which will definitely increase the pressure pave the way for solutions. Due to rising production cost of industries and in the current situation, it has become very difficult to run the industries, so it is necessary for all to unite and play their joint role in solving these problems so that they can be solved as soon as possible”, he added.
Abdul Hadi further said that Site Association of Industry, Landhi Association of Trade & Industry and North Karachi Association of Trade & Industry have full confidence on BMG & KCCI.” We stand with them as the KCCI has always raised voice of industries, and also played an important role in the matter of K-Electric”, he added.
He further said, for any issue in Karachi that is hindering the running of industries and having a negative impact, we will be the voice of BMG and KCCI in the struggle for all these issues and will work together.
