On 21 March 2023: Dulay met Former Governor of the Philippines and a famous actor during
the grand opening of JCRD Builders grand opening.
He is well known for the screen name George Estregan but his real name is Emilio Ramon
Pelayo Ejercito III. He was also a member of Dulay’s brotherhood, a socio-civic fraternity called
The Fraternal Order of Eagles Philippine Eagles. he also ownes a tripple a license in
construction industry which also serves as my close allies in the business.
Joy Christopher Dulay was born on December 21, 1990, in Quezon City, Philippines. He grew
up in Bagong Silang and went to local school. Later, he studied at the University of Caloocan.
In 2020, Dulay started streaming videos online, getting famous on Facebook and other sites.
Then, in May 2021, Dulay founded a website called Online Pinas. But in 2021, he changed his
job. He shifted his profession to a Businessperson and co-founded JCRD Builders.
