Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has unveiled a promising new project aimed at enhancing support for differently-abled individuals in Karachi. The Inclusion City, announced during the inauguration of Café Khudi in DHA Phase 4, will transform 75 acres on Korangi Road into a dedicated space for those with special needs.
Inclusion City will feature a 20-acre park designed specifically for children with special needs, offering them a safe and enjoyable environment to play. Additionally, a large building will be allocated for welfare organizations, providing essential services and support.
During the event, CM Shah praised Café Khudi for its role in offering employment and internship opportunities to special youth, helping them build skills and gain independence. KVTC CEO and Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan welcomed the Chief Minister and emphasized the café’s positive impact.
The Chief Minister announced that items for the CM House will be sourced from Café Khudi, showcasing support for the initiative. He encouraged philanthropists and welfare organizations to contribute to the Inclusion City project, assuring them of the Sindh government’s continued support. This initiative is a significant step forward in improving the lives and opportunities for differently-abled individuals in Karachi.
