KARACHI – The 8th National Disabled T20 Cricket Championship organized by Pakistan Physical Disability Cricket Association ICRC Presents Shahid Afridi Foundation is starting in Karachi from today. There are 16 teams participating in the event while the Multan team will defend its title. Jamil Kamran (Multan) will be the tournament secretary while Raja Tahir (Islamabad) will be the joint secretary.
The matches of the first phase are starting from today in Karachi where on the first day the host Karachi Disabled will compete against Quetta Bolan Disabled at UBL Sports Complex. In the first phase Karachi, Hyderabad, Quetta, and Quetta Bolan are participating in the rest. Stage matches will be played in Multan, Lahore KP, and Islamabad. It should be noted that the Multan team has been the winner of the last three national championships and it will defend its title for the third time in a row in this championship.
