ICC CEO Jeff Eller Dice has said that International Cricket Council is neutral in Pak-India cricket relations, cannot comment on political situation.
“Pakistan and India are part of the Test Championship and both the teams are performing well. Each team has a chance to reach the final,” Jeff Eller Dice said in an interview. According to the schedule, the Champions Trophy will be held in Pakistan in 2012 in which India will also participate.

He said that by hosting major countries of the world, the PCB has proved that an international tournament can be held in Pakistan.
