Cholesterol Concerns: 

Increased cholesterol narrows the arteries and increases the amount of fat in the blood, causing blockage of blood flow, which increases the risk of heart attack. Therefore, cholesterol levels should be at normal levels.

For heart health, a one-time medical check-up on an annual basis is essential for everyone, and problems can be avoided before the annual check-up.
