22nd September, 2021, Karachi (PR): Mr Zafar Hashmir, Chief Patron, Professional Group, nominated and supported candidates, won the Annual Elections 2021-22, of Health Care Association of Pakistan (HDAP). The Elections were held Saturday 18, at Marriot Hotel, Karachi, declared as Polish Station of South Zone. The North Zone Elections were held at ABC Paza, Rawalpindi, a premises, owned by Mr. Naeem Chaudhry, also a winning candidate under the patronage of Dr. Zafar Hashmi of Professional Group. The supporters of Dr. Zafar Hashmi had celebrated the victory and congratulated the Chairman HDAP, Dr. Zafar Hashmi. As without his support throughout election campaign, was not possible. The Election Day was a very busy and hectic day for the Chairman HDAP, throughout the whole day process, Mr. Zafar Hashmi, welcomed each and every voter at the Gate of Venue, and escorted through the corridors to end of Election booth. The impressive convincing of Chief Patron of Professional Group, made the result fruitful, to his team. Besides, he did organised various dinners and lunches, in all major cities, like Lahore, Rawalpindi, & Faisalabad. The entire HDAP office machinery was used by the sitting Chairman, to make the results one sided. He did promise to the Voters, that their pending cases, at DRAP will be finalized. In this regards, a Whatsup Group, remained active, where the pending cases of various voters were displayed and assurance was given to the voters. While, the question of pending hundreds was still there, that why those pending cases, were not resolved during the entire period of his tenure, and why now? Some, voter questioned. In fact, serious minded voters termed these unfair promises as a lolly pop just to grab votes. As its on record, that hundreds of bunch files are lying unattended at Drap Offices, for many years. Only those cases, were resolved, where, the individual members approached directly. The Opponent Founder Group stated that the elections had been badly rigged by the influence of Sitting Chairman. Unlawfully, making election campaign to worst moral extent. The Chairman activities throughout the day was witnessed by the public, voters, visitors and many pictures are available, wherein, the Chairman grabbing hands of voters , influencing him throughout the corridors of hotel.
The Elections of North Zone was also held at the Office of a candidate owned by Naeem Chaudhry. One of Poling Agent, an eye witnessed, having seen voting outside the premises, at a VIP Room during a lavish lunch, even the ballot paper was ticked by candidate himself. On protest, the Poling Agent, Namely, Abid Masood Sandhu, kicked out from the premises, by the Owner Naeem Chaudhry. The Poling Agent have reported the incidence to the public and willing to become eye witness before any forum.
A very serious, complained filed a Candidate, Sheikh Tariq, whose request for entry of Poling Agent was turned downed by the Chief Election Commission. According, to a statement, Mr. Tariq Sheikh, said, the Counting Process was not carried in presence of Candidates or their poling Agents, neither; empty ballot boxes were shown to any candidate or poling agent before and after sealing. He had served written notice Chief Election Commission and Secretary General instantly and immediately. The Election Commissioner, who was seems to be under influence of Sitting Chairman, forcefully kicked him out and the entire elections was conducted in the absence of any poling agent or candidate.
