KARACHI – A delegation of Defense and Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents Association led by Defclaria President Zubair Baig called on Federal Minister for Law and Justice Dr. Frough Naseem. According to details, senior realtor Abdul Sami Khan, former president defclaria Raja Mazhar Hussain, general secretary defclaria Muhammad Imtiaz Siddiqui, senior vice president Raza Hashmi, vice president defense Syed Saqib Shah, vice president Clifton Imran Amanullah led by President Zubair Baig. Finance Secretary Muhammad Younis Rizvi, Media Secretary Ahsan Khan, Zone Member Shoaib Parikh and Faisal Qadri called on Federal Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Frough Naseem in Karachi.
On the occasion, a delegation of realtors briefed the Federal Minister on the issues facing the real estate industry. Defclaria leaders conveyed their concerns to the Federal Minister on FATF and Section 203-A, The leaders said that the business community was already suffering from problems and the unwarranted sanctions imposed on it by the government would further damage the country’s economy and severely affect the Prime Minister’s vision of economic development.
He also proposed to the Federal Minister the long standing demand for registration of Realtors and the establishment of Realtors Council. On the occasion, Federal Minister for Law and Justice Barrister Frough Naseem paid tributes to Defclaria, the largest association of real estate industry in Pakistan, for its efforts to solve the problems of its professionals and said that the government should address the problems of the business community.
He said that the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan announced special incentives for the development of the construction sector. He assured the delegation that your suggestions and issues would be resolved soon.
