In this conference tittle “The Role of Media In Development of Pakistan Conference” participant will Highlight and discuss the issues that Media Person and Journalist are being faced by an important sector of media & broadcasting those involved in Production, Media Houses, Cinemas, Digital and Activation’s. Since there is no work from March, not only are these companies facing the immediate threat of closure, but all allied jobs and professions such as vendors involved in making of sets, etc, are also now without work and jobs and livelihood opportunities.
Film Makers, Producers, Directors, Media House Owners, Print Media Editors, Broadcasters, Cinema Owners, Actors, Journalist, Music Directors, Columnist, Writers, Media Activist and many more would like to address media and share with them their appeal to the government to redress their wrongs by at least giving them their entitled tax refunds so that they can sustain themselves and not have to lay off anyone and add to the already existing burden on the economy.
