Karachi – A press briefing, arranged by Dr. Essa Laboratory and Diagnostic Center, acknowledged the sacrifices of Major Adeel Shahid (Sitara-e-Basalat) and fellow Pakistani Armed Forces members. The Gulistan Johar branch was renamed ‘Martyrs Branch’ in Major Adeel Shahid honor. Key figures present at the conference included CEO Dr. Essa Laboratory Professor Dr. Farhan Essa, Dr. Essa Laboratory Administrator Tanveer Qadri, Rangers Sector Commander Brigadier Ghaffar, the martyr’s father Syed Shahid Hussain Zaidi, sister Humaira Muddasir, and other dignitaries.


During the conference, CEO Dr. Essa Laboratory Professor Dr. Farhan Essa expressed appreciation, underscoring the monumental and enduring sacrifices made by Pakistani soldiers. He stressed the vital role played by the armed forces in securing regional peace, gaining global recognition.


Professor Dr. Farhan Essa noted that Dr. Essa Laboratory and Diagnostic Center had previously named branches after martyrs awarded Nishan-e-Haider for their contributions. He highlighted the significance of remembering armed forces sacrifices, acknowledged worldwide for contributing to global peace.


Addressing the event, Syed Shahid Hussain Zaidi, the father of the martyr, asserted that adversaries would not succeed in their plans, as soldiers like Major Adeel Shahid selflessly safeguard the nation. He added that achieving martyrdom is a source of pride for every believer.


Martyr’s sister, Humaira Muddasir, paid tribute to mothers sacrificing their sons for the country. She saluted the brave soldiers, guarding Pakistan’s borders day and night, in line with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s ideals.
Dr. Essa Laboratory Administrator Tanveer Qadri expressed gratitude to guests, acknowledging the pride brought to the nation by the Pakistani Armed Forces. He announced upcoming events, including walks and seminars, to honor armed forces sacrifices.
