KARACHI : Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader, MPA and Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Minority Affairs, Dr. Sham Sunder K. Advani, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the passing of former Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Agha Siraj Durrani, terming his demise an irreparable loss to the party and the people of Sindh.
In his condolence message, Dr. Advani described Agha Siraj Durrani as a true soldier of the Pakistan People’s Party, whose mission and politics revolved solely around public service. He said that Durrani’s parliamentary and political services would always be remembered, adding that he will live forever in the hearts of PPP workers.
Dr. Advani further stated that certain personalities in politics become immortal because of their dignity, integrity, and devotion to public welfare. Agha Siraj Durrani, he noted, was one such figure who earned a distinct place in Sindh’s political landscape through his wisdom, people-friendly approach, and unwavering commitment to principles.

“The demise of Agha Siraj Durrani marks the end of an era,” Dr. Advani remarked, “and his passing is indeed an irreparable loss not only for the PPP but for the people of Sindh as well.”
