The Islamabad High Court disposed of the contempt of court petition of retired Captain Safdar against PPP leader Aitzaz Ahsan.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Athar Minullah has remarked that this court will not ask anyone for an unnecessary explanation, our decisions will decide how much people have faith in the court.
During the hearing of Captain Retired Safdar’s application, the Chief Justice of the High Court, Athar Manullah, asked if anyone has any doubts about the partiality of the Islamabad High Court.
He said that there are v-logs against this court every day, the news is running, the judiciary does not care about it, whoever says what he wants, but contempt of court action is not the solution, these unnecessary things. It should not be given importance.
The Islamabad High Court disposed of the contempt petition on the statement of Aitzazah Hassan on the acquittal of Maryam Nawaz.
