Toronto Canada : Former PRO of Pakistan Navy, Commander Roshan Khayal, passed away this morning in Toronto. Inna Lillahi wa Inna Ilayhi Raji’un.
The deceased had been ill for quite some time. He was the eldest son of the renowned poet and national song writer, Himayat Ali Shair.
