ISLAMABAD,: CHAIRMAN PCB Najam Sethi has resigned from his post. According to media reports he has tendered his resignation to the prime minister. Ihsan Mani is tipped as new PCB Chairman.
After PTI government had taken charge, Najam Sethi resignation was expected. He in a way tried to remain on the seat and mend fences with PTI when his wife Jugno Mohsin cast her vote for PTI candidate for the Punjab Chief Minister post, however this move seems to have failed.

In his message on social media, Najam Sethi said that he was waiting for the new prime minister to take charge. Now when Imran Khan has sown in as the new prime minister therefore he has sent his resignation to him.. DNA
