Karachi: Chairman Commander Builders has announced special packages for City Property Expo 2026, which will be held on 16, 17 and 18 January at the Karachi Expo Centre, Hall No. 4.
The objective of this expo is to make home ownership easier for middle and lower-income families.
In this regard, Commander Builders organized a press conference on 30 December 2025 at a local hotel in Karachi. The event was attended by Chairman Commander (Retd.) Muhammad Zakir, Director Commander Enclave Commander (Retd.) Muhammad Asif, Dr. Taseer Waraich, Hamza Zakir, and Commander (Retd.) Muhammad Qasim.
While speaking to the media, Chairman Commander Builders Commander (Retd.) Muhammad Zakir stated that they are introducing affordable packages specifically designed for middle and lower-middle-class people, making the dream of owning a home much easier to achieve.
He highlighted their mega project “Commander City”, located only 40 kilometers from the M-9 Motorway Karachi Toll Plaza. He said that over the past six years, development work has been completed and more than 5,000 families have already been settled there. The society is equipped with all basic facilities, including schools and colleges, hospitals, community centers, health clubs, play areas, parks, mosques, a sports complex, water, electricity, gas, and public transport (up to Karachi Malir Halt).
He further announced that during the upcoming expo, a 75% discount will be offered on plot purchases in Commander City. Under this offer, people can purchase a plot in a fully developed society for just Rs. 1 million. Additionally, Commander Builders is providing easy financing and leasing facilities ranging from Rs. 1 million to Rs. 250 million for house construction. This financing can be repaid over 20 years, making home construction extremely convenient.
Moreover, ready-made houses or apartments can be purchased by paying only 50% of the total price upfront, while the remaining amount can be paid in easy monthly installments over 20 years under the leasing scheme.
Talking about their Karachi project “Commander Enclave”, located just 3 to 4 kilometers from Malir Cantt, he said that a flat can be acquired immediately by paying Rs. 2 million under utility charges and development costs, while the remaining actual price of the flat can be paid in monthly installments over 20 years.
The Chairman further added that many more low-cost housing packages will also be introduced at the expo, benefiting a large number of people. He emphasized that while governments have repeatedly promised low-cost housing over the years, Commander Builders has practically delivered, and by the grace of Allah, thousands of families are now living peacefully in their own homes at very affordable prices.
He concluded by saying that their core mission is public welfare, to make home ownership possible for millions of people who dream of having their own home in this era of rising inflation.
