Karachi ,27 Feb 2026: Chairman of the Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) Muhammad Hassan Bakshi has strongly condemned the attack on Pakistan’s civilian population by the Afghan Taliban, stating that targeting innocent civilians is a grave violation of international law and an act of open terrorism.
Chairman ABAD said that targeting innocent civilians, including women and children, in a state of war hysteria is an act that cannot be condemned enough. He added that respecting international borders is the responsibility of every state, but continued aggression by the Afghan authorities is putting regional peace at stake.
He said that Pakistan has always supported Afghanistan as a brotherly neighboring country, but any aggression against Pakistan’s sovereignty cannot be tolerated under any circumstances.
Hassan Bakshi stated that the entire construction industry and the country’s business community stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Army. If the nation’s security is threatened, the trader community and the builders’ community will not hesitate to make any sacrifice for the defense of the homeland and will play their full role.
The Chairman of ABAD further said that the armed forces have made the nation proud by giving an effective and timely response to the enemy. The entire nation stands like a solid wall alongside its brave armed forces, who are the guardians of Pakistan’s borders and enjoy the complete trust of the people.
