Chairman Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) Mohsin Sheikhani has appealed to all Pakistanis to safeguard interests of Pakistan and defend our armed forces on all platforms, especially on social media.
In a Statement, Chairman ABAD said that it is unfortunate that some quarters are deliberately trying to criticize and malign armed forces of Pakistan, which remains alert round the clock for the security and safety of our beloved country and people of Pakistan. Such kind of criticism is enmity with the country and giving benefits to enemies of Pakistan, he said adding that Pakistan is passing through a very critical time right now and we should all collectively try to strengthen the country and its defenders and stay away from being instrumentals of enemies.
Mohsin Sheikhani said that freedom of speech and freedom of expression are essential for a democratic society but it does not mean that we are free to say and express anything we want whether it is in favour of our motherland or against it. We all must draw a line and behave responsibly otherwise we will strengthen our enemies rather than our armed forces, he lamented. He appealed people of Pakistan to stay away from negative propaganda of enemies and remain vigilant while forwarding any post on social media platforms.
