Pakistan is facing an economic crisis, and the government should take effective and coordinated measures for the country’s interests and economic stability.
Pak Army soldiers are fighting against the enemies on the borders for our protection. Every patriotic individual, political party, and institution living in Pakistan must remember that if there is a country then our sovereignty is related to the well-being of our country. Politics and other matters are secondary, so we should keep our army away from Politics.

He said this while addressing a dinner hosted by the Sheikh Umer Rehan.

Addressing the function on the occasion, former president of KATI, Sheikh Umer Rehan, while paying tribute to the Pakistan Army, said that an atmosphere of peace and tranquility was created due to the everlasting sacrifices and martyrdom of the soldiers.
He said that Pakistan should formulate positive policies for economic stability through effective strategies to reduce imports and boost exports.
He said that the construction of new and large dams should be completed as soon as possible for the development of the country, energy, and solution of water problems so that electricity could be generated from water at cheap rates and imported furnace oil could be eliminated. Reserves could be increased.
Sheikh Umer Rehan expressed concern that in the next 20 years, there may be a food crisis in the world. In this regard, Pakistan could become self-sufficient in commodities by developing the agriculture sector with the help of modern technology.
He said that at present all the political parties, the business community, and the entire nation have to come together to work out a plan of action to get the national economy out of its difficulties and solve the problems facing the industries.
Sheikh Umer Rehan said that in the current situation, there is a need for all political parties to eradicate negative thinking and focus on improving the economic situation, along with the development of domestic industries, and increasing exports. Efforts should be intensified to discourage unnecessary luxury imports as it is causing huge tax losses.
“The country is currently going through a political crisis and we must work together for political and economic stability,” he added.
