By the grace of Almighty Allah, PNSC proudly announces the acquisition of second vessel M.T Sargodha, inducted in its fleet on August 11, 2022. With this induction, PNSC’s carrying capacity enhances to 1.046 million metric tons from existing capacity of 0.832 million metric tons, which is the highest PNSC has achieved since its inception in 1979.
It is relevant to mention here that on August 03, 2022, vessel MT Mardan has already been inducted in PNSC’s fleet.These acquisitions will not only increase the employment opportunities for Pakistani seafarers but will also reduce the out flow of foreign exchange from the exchequer.
Chairman, Rizwan Ahmed specially appreciates the support extended by Minister for Maritime Affairs in these acquisitions, without which it would not have been possible. Chairman also lauded the support and efforts of PNSC Board of Directors and Management in making this task achievable.
