Today, woman comprises nearly half of the Pakistan workforce. While there have been many important changes in recent decades, there are many continuities in the issues woman workers face in the workplace. They are many inspirational woman in history that achievements seeming all the more impressive given the modern world.

Ayesha Bint-e-Ikram is an inspirational and hardworking, struggling woman in media industry. She started to write at the young age of 14 when she wrote a first drama for her school annual function. The drama was a hit and was praised by her teachers also and later made it her profession. Now she is running two successful companies; Exalt Advertising and ABI Events & PR.
