Karachi : On January 15, 2026, A GGP handover ceremony was held in the presence of Consul General HATTORI Masaru, Syed Mehdi Hassan Rizvi, General Secretary of Muhammadi Haematology, Oncology Services & Welfare Foundation and Dr. Dur-e-Naz Jamal, Secretary of Sindh Blood Transfusion Authority.
The four new state-of-the art Hematology Analyzers made in Japan will enable the Foundation to screen approximately 120 blood samples daily. This will help patients receive early diagnosis and as a result, quality and effective treatment.
The Government of Japan will continue to provide flexible and timely support to local NGOs through grant assistance to uplift the social wellbeing of the people of Pakistan.
