WASHINGTON D.C. – The United States will not take part in talks on Afghanistan hosted by Russia this week that includes two other key players, China and Pakistan.
The US State Department spokesperson, Ned Price told reporters in Washington that Troika-plus has been an effective, constructive forum.
Ned Price said that though, the United States is unable to join the talks due to logistic difficulties; however, it considers the Russia-led forum ‘constructive’.
