In the current era of the 21st century where life running with very fast pace and due to latest emerging technologies now it’s become easy to take any decisions which a person thinks that such decision will helpful in their life.
In the entire world every one have different beliefs, opinions and also the way of doing work is different.
If we talk about the youngster’s their views, thinking, decisions will be totally different as compare to older people, because older people views and decisions cannot match with youngster’s and the reason behind such difference is just because of a gap between these two generations which is called “Generation Gap”.
Now gradually the time is passing the generation gap becoming the challenging issue for the entire world as this issue remain exist throughout the life but needs to be handle effectively and efficiently.
Mostly difference of opinion creates conflicts among people which also affect relationships, that’s why extra care needs to be taken when such situation arises and such matters needs to be understand properly and than handle strategically and tolerate each other, so the better and effective solution can be taken out.

Different people have different point of views, some said that there is no solution of such gap because older people have older views, although they are holding rich experiences but younger generation thinks that older people are unaware with current century modes, trends and advancements.
Experts said that the only and ultimate solution is to get benefit from both generations views and opinions and assess such views and opinions and accept it (If found suitable) and never close the door of dialogues / negotiations, because closing the door of dialogues, deprive from many useful guidelines and important solutions and only ignorant people not understands its importance and close such door.
The older generations needs to trust and give freedom to younger generation and support them in their decisions so their confidence will increase and able to tackle all matter in their life, and also guide them from time to time when they stuck in any problem.
Due to age factor and other several factors our older generation are short tampered and not agree to listen any one, as they thinks that they already passed their whole life and effectively handle all matters and try to enforce their decisions although their intentions are true but they need to give space for retaining positive relationships.
Younger generations also needs to have soft corner for older generation and should needs to avail benefits from their knowledge and experience as their guidelines helps to stay on right path and live happy replete life.
