Piedmont: is experiencing a low-pressure system centered over the British Isles, causing cloudy conditions with precipitation in the central-southern sector of the region, turning into snow above 600-700 meters in the Cuneo area. Between this afternoon and tomorrow morning, a secondary impulse related to the depression will move from the Pyrenees towards the Alpine arc, leading to an intensification of precipitation, moderate in many areas, strong in southwestern Piedmont tonight and in the northern sector tomorrow morning. Snow is expected to fall as low as 400-600 meters in the Cuneo area and 500-700 meters elsewhere in the region. Precipitation will gradually decrease from tomorrow morning, starting from the lower Piedmont and ending in the afternoon. After the improvement on Thursday, a new worsening is expected for Friday.
