Palavela in Turin Reopens for Summer Skating in Preparation for the 2025 World University Games
Turin, Italy – The Palavela, an iconic sports venue in Turin, will reopen this summer for skating. Moreover, the CasaTO2025 project invites the public to skate and learn about the upcoming 2025 World University Games, taking place from January 13 to 23, 2025.
Summer Skating Schedule: 2k25 World University Games
Join us for the 2025 World University Games at the Palavela in Turin from 17 June to 25 August. The venue becomes a temple of white sports, reopening in anticipation of the games. In addition to the main events, we have a Summer Skating Schedule. Skating sessions are held from 6 PM to 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Wednesdays, the session extends to 7:30 PM, featuring the special “Aperighiaccio” event.
Exhibition on FISU 2k25 World University Games:
In addition to the skating sessions. Visitors can explore an engaging exhibition dedicated to the history of the FISU World University Games. Moreover, this exhibition offers a rich visual narrative of the games’ 75-year journey. It begins in Turin under the leadership of Primo Nebiolo. The president of the Italian University Sports Center and the creator of the first Universiade in 1959.
