ISLAMABAD – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr. Zafar Mirza has said the government is making efforts to control COVID-19 with available resources.
Talking to a private news channel, he expressed concerns over the increasing cases of the coronavirus with every passing day through local transmission.

Dr Zafar Mirza said for the first time 17,000 coronavirus tests were conducted in 24 hours.
He urged people to adopt preventive measures to combat the pandemic terming the care as the only solution to contain this pandemic.
