Health: What is Yoga? In a sense Yoga is a physical exercise for relaxing, diet control, breath control other than this it controls health of your Heart, flexibility, balance. Even that its helps with back pain relief. There are so many gyms and Yoga Group or Centers. The thing we should understand that is the difference between gym and Yoga.
Basically Yoga is something for your internal organs or body, it relaxes you, takes you out of stress, improves flexibility and balance etc but gym is totally based on a lot of exercises in order to lose weight, gain weight, body building etc. In short, gym is something in which a person uses so many exercises and machines for his/her physical body and yoga is something in which a person is more concerned about his/her internal body or organs. Mental Health is a way too important than Physical Health. I never wrote about gym and Yoga but a daily routine followed by Yoga Group is constantly insisting me to write about this.
There’s a Yoga group in Nisar Shaheed Park DHA Phase 4 named “Arshad Yoga Group”, basically Arshad is the name of the instructor who has actually started Yoga their and now have a whole team. He’s also Founder/CEO/Owner at Hajra Bibi Public Secondary School. He has a mission to educate children living under poverty. I was really impressed by them why, first of all because of their regular Yoga routine, then by their Stamina. After seeing them I realized that nothing is impossible. Those people are more active and fit then the teenagers of nowadays. They do care about their health; they are not ignoring their physical and mental health in order to use social media like today’s generation.
