KARACHI, February 28, 2025 – Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology organized a gratitude ceremony, in which Chancellor Muhammad Akbar Ali Khan said that all those who always motivated us to move forward are worthy of praise and it is because of your hard work and dedication that we have achieved such a great success. Gratitude should not be a momentary thing but it should be an eternal part of life. I am thankful to all those who voted for me and those who did not vote for me. My doors are open to everyone. Your useful suggestions will be acknowledged with open hearts. It is my responsibility to address your issues, and your responsibility is to guide me with complete honesty in the right direction. We are going to appoint a professional Vice Chancellor and of course, we will monitor all matters.
Chancellor Akbar Ali Khan said that the university is not just an educational institution, but a center where knowledge is spread, new ideas are nurtured, and future leaders are prepared. The uncertain situation is over now. Our entire focus is on making the university a world-class university. We will take the development and growth of the university to a new horizon. Joint efforts bring out brilliant results and secure a bright future. Our hard work and dedication are the guarantee of our success.
Presenting a vote of thanks, General Secretary AMUOBA, Jafar Nazir Usmani said that we are people who follow the vision of Sir Syed Ahmed Khan and are committed to improving the performance of the institutions with hard work, dedication, and complete honesty according to the global standards.
The event was concluded with the dua by Saud Zia for the development and prosperity of the university.
