Our children are the future of Pakistan, we request parents to vaccinate their children under the age of nine months to 15 years during the national campaign to protect children from diseases such as measles and rubella.
KARACHI __ Measles was a dangerous disease from which healthy children could be infect prevention is always better than cure and vaccine is the most cost effective prevention intervention in public health. Educating people on health is a virtuous act and Allah likes those who save lives.

Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH) Chairman Imam Allama Ahsan Siddiqui (Ambsssador at Large for Global Peace , Interfaith harmony and Human rights has appealed to the Ulema, media and interfaith religious leaders to create awareness about preventive public health intervention, especially vaccination. I request that religious leaders, school principals , teachers and civil society should play their role in the national campaign against measles and rubella and no child be left out of the vaccination campaign.
We hope with Ulema and interfaith religious leaders support we shall make this campaign a success.
