Icon award management said that as the public of Pakistan knows that the “Icon of the Nation Award” ceremony is held every year on March 23 and this series has been going on since ten years. Celebrities, dignities participate in which they are awarded with honours. The special feature of this award is that it is neither recommended on source nor on paid.
Icon PR & Communication states that legal action will be taken against those who use its award name and logo without permission, it typically means that unauthorized use will be met with legal consequences. This statement is a warning to deter individuals or organizations from misusing protected intellectual property.
The award name and logo are often registered trademarks. Unauthorized use can lead to a trademark infringement lawsuit, where the owner of the trademark can seek damages and injunctive relief to stop the misuse. They said that If the logo is protected by copyright, unauthorized use can lead to copyright infringement claims. This can also result in monetary damages and orders to cease the infringing activity. Unauthorized use of a Icon award name or logo might be seen as an attempt to unfairly benefit from the reputation of the award, which can result in claims of unfair If the unauthorized use implies endorsement or association with the award when there is none, it can lead to legal action for false advertising.
Ensure that the award name and logo are properly registered with the appropriate governmental bodies.

Icon of the nation award is registered with the Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) of the Government of Pakistan and the name or names similar to this award or its predecessors.
This award may not be copied by word or trade mark designed Some of the organizations have been found to be copying the award design and are copying the award logo by giving their own name, while some people are sharing the award by making a slight change to another name. All such copyists are warned that legally or ethically they may not copy the award name or the award logo, Icon PR & Communication reserves the right to prosecute such persons. Expert lawyers have been hired in this regard and soon such persons will face legal action.Icon management further said that Icon Award is a national level event and this award is given on outstanding performance to dignities and celebrities at the national level from various walks of life, while Icon Award “jury” consisting of important personalities decides to award theme. This award is not given to anyone at home or in office and those gentlemen or personalities who cannot participate in the ceremony to receive the award for any reason, then their name is dropped from the award for that year.
