Karachi: Vocational training at Taleem Gha School by Rotary Club of Karachi Nexus. Vocational education is the backbone of any country’s development. The biggest example of this is our neighbor China, leading position in the world. This was stated by Kausar Aslam Assistant Governor 2021-22 Rotary International Districts 3271 Zone 4/ Past President RCK Nexus while addressing a function at Taleem Gah School Karachi as a special guest.
On this occasion, Director of Taleem Gah School/ Chair Education Committee RCK Nexus Sumaira Izhar, Sr. Mistress O level Section PAF Chapter/ Former teacher The city school PAF Chapter Roshan Afzal, Assistant Editor for a reputable Magazine in Karachi/ Taught at The city school PAF Chapter Urooj Naqvi, Vocational English Instructor/ Business English Instructor Shanzeh Zainab Haider, Aslam Khaliq Founder & Executive Secretary Rotary Club of Karachi Nexus, and members of RCK Nexus Nighat Arshad, and Rizwana Shahid President Karachi Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry District East (KWCCI) were also present.
Aslam Khaliq said that not only male students but also female students should now think of technical or vocational training. Only those who have the skills and abilities can somehow bear the financial burden of their family by becoming the breadwinner and arm of their home.
Roshan Afzal said that technical courses should be obtained according to one’s mental capacity and interest. Given the country’s situation, it is very important to acquire some kind of skill along with education.
Shanzeh Zainab Haider told the graduating students that it is welcome for women to focus on vocational education with any education as Pakistani women can and are playing their full role in national development alongside men.
