Karachi, Pakistan – VCare, in collaboration with Khudi Wellness, is thrilled to announce the successful launch of the Wellness Weekends, a unique initiative aimed at promoting holistic well-being among adults and seniors in the DHA community. The event focused on nurturing social, mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health, setting the stage for a healthier and more connected and active ageing community.
The inaugural session was a resounding success, bringing together participants who shared their life achievements, aspirations, and experiences. The event featured a soothing meditation session, a life reflection exercise and a fun-filled “Try Your Luck” activity, and a delightful lunch of flavorful biryani, fostering connections and camaraderie among attendees.
