Karachi: The leaders, members of Trade Bodies, and members of United Business Group (UBG) on the Executive Committee of FPCCI 2021 have appealed to the Prime Minister Imran Khan to look into the issues and unlawful acts in FPCCI at the hands of the grabber’s group who has unlawfully occupied the office of President of salvage the apex body for the last 6 months in connivance with DGTO and his office.
In their appeal to Prime Minister, they have revealed that the office of DGTO for the last considerable six months has been intentionally not taken any action on one pretext or the other reflecting his mala fide intention causing a great deal of frustration and anxiety amongst the business community and trade bodies. The bias attitude and behaviour of the DGTO office are counterproductive to the policies and narrative of the government and are vehemently condemned by the trade bodies across Pakistan.
The appeal stipulates that after the rejection of petition of the unlawful prevailing group in FPCCI by Honourable Sindh High Court there, is no justification for any further delay by DGTO in resolving the election issue of FPCCI and handing over the presidentship to the legitimate candidate viz Khalid Tawab, who secured the highest votes in election 2021.
The appeal also contains the request of the members to salvage the apex body from further damage.
