- Upon booking, the system generates a self-certification form for urgency, which must be filled out, signed, and submitted along with supporting documentation at the time of the appointment.

- If no slots are available in the priority appointments section, applicants can access a “print urgency form” option to self-certify the need to travel within 15 days.
- The Passport Office at Piazza Cesare Augusto 5 operates from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm, and from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
