Karachi, Pakistan – July 30, 2025 — TPL Properties held a ceremony to break ground for Lagoon Views
1, the first residential tower at The Mangrove, Karachi’s first mixed-use sustainable development
located at Cantonment Board Korangi Creek.
The event brought together senior leadership from across the TPL Group, including TPL Properties, TPL
REIT Management Company (RMC), and TPL Developments, marking the formal launch of a project that
blends smart living with ecological responsibility.
“Lagoon Views 1 is more than just a building. It is the beginning of a new way of life for Karachi,” said

The architectural design of the Mangrove project is being developed in collaboration with the SSH, awell
known firm known for creating human-centric, future-forward spaces.
Launched in February 2025, the completion and handing over of Lagoon Views Tower 1 are expected by
third quarter of 2029, with available units already seeing high interest from overseas Pakistanis and
