Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb said that imported vehicles have been banned, there is a state of emergency in the country and people have to make sacrifices in the current situation.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Maryam Aurangzeb said that import of non-essential luxury items has been banned.

Maryam Aurangzeb said that import of gems and jewelery has been completely banned, import of leather, chocolate and juices, cigarettes has been completely banned, as well as imported confectionery, crockery imported furniture, fish and Along with the import of frozen food, the import of fruit and dried fruit has also been banned.

The Information Minister said that import of make-up has also been banned, at the same time import of tissue papers has also been banned, import has been banned on the basis of economic emergency.

Maryam Aurangzeb said that employment is being managed by promoting local industry in the country. The previous government increased the debt to Rs 43,000 billion in four years.

Maryam Aurangzeb said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif does not know the value of dollar from TV, it was decided yesterday that non-essential items will be banned.

The Information Minister said that the trade deficit inside the country was at the highest level in the previous government, it was at 5 115 in 2018, the foreign reserves were in bad condition during the PTI regime, all those who were imported were exported today. Gone.
