KARACHI – Timesaco, the instant services company in Pakistan offers free rides for customers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi on its taxi service, said Donald-li on Wednesday at Islamabad.
Timesaco launched an online taxi service in mid of this year in ten major cities including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Multan. Now, the company is offering multiple discounts and free rides for customers, Donald added.
During the discussion with journalists, Chief Executive Officer of Timesaco Donald-Li expressed that his company has recently offered lifetime discounts to the commuters for using its service in major cities. It is offering 10 percent less rates in comparison to its competitors and has no peak factor for commuters.
Donald said, initially, the customers can avail of the free rides in Rawalpindi and Islamabad only and for other cities; service will be available in the next few weeks.
He said Timesaco has planned to build internet based public transportation networks in Pakistan like the Chinese model and using the internet of things (IoT) technology, to provide the best services to the public and private sector.
He further said Timesaco intends to work with government of Pakistan and to provide its services to build an IoT based transportation network in the near future.
On a question, Donald responded that free rides are available on all merchants like restaurants, hotels, saloons, shopping outlets, clinics, grocery shops, and general stores. Customers can get a lot of benefits through free rides including the saving of their fuel expenses, relief from parking issues, time-saving, relief from transportation issues, and an opportunity to get a confirm and secure ride. Donald said customers can get more discounts if they spend more on shopping.
