The government should remove the concerns of the industrialists on the gas tariff, Zubair Tufail.

Karachi (December 2, 2023) President of United Business Group (UBG) Zubair Tufail has said that the government should listen to the concerns and problems of the industrialists regarding the gas tariff and resolve them so that the one-day symbolic strike or other protests announced on Monday ends. Perhaps, the industries of Karachi are the guarantors of the stability of the country’s economy and country’s exports. Undoubtedly, the country’s economy is currently facing a severe crisis due to the increase in gas prices, but there are gas reserves in Pakistan that should be utilized. Zubair Tufail said this while addressing the members of UBG Sindh Region. In the meeting, joint candidates of United Business Group and Businessmen Panel Progressive Alliance for Senior Vice President Saqib Fayaz Mugu, Vice President Candidates Asif Inam and Pracha, Khalid Tawab, Hanif Gohar, Senator Abdul Haseeb Khan, Abdul Sami Khan, Syed Mazhar Ali Nasir, Engineer Daro Khan Achakzai, Mumtaz Ali Sheikh, Tariq Haleem, Malik Khuda Bakhsh, Gulzar Feroz, Khurram Ejaz, Haji Asif, Ikhtiar Baig, Alauddin Murri, Waheed Ahmad, Mian Zahid Hussain, Ikram Rajput, Arshad Jamal, Muslim Mohammadi, Shaheen Sarwana, Irfan Sarwana, Naheed Masood, Maryam Chaudhry were participants. According to the statement issued by the central spokesperson, United Business Group (UBG) Gulzar Firoz,President UBG  Zubair Tafail said that on December 30 of FPCCI.
