Syeda Raafia Mamujee by a birth follower of Sufism and Rumi is very close to her heart. She is Malang by nature. By profession, she is a Textile designer, Social Activist, and Motivational Speaker, Working for Women’s Empowerment, Domestic violence & Education. She was employed with Gul Ahmed Textile Mills where she worked for five years as Textile Designer & Marketing Coordinator. From 2005 to 2006, she also worked as Digital Marketing Department Head at Computer Collegiate.
In 2016 she established her brand SRM Couture with the philosophy “I am Pakistan – Made in Pakistan creating authentic hand-crafted designer wear apparel with affordability for all walks of life; sending out a strong message that “Designer Wear” is not for the happy few but should be made available for all females.
She launched an online portal on Facebook “Darwaish Zindagi” in the year 2017; to Promote Beautiful Pakistan, the Rich Cultural history, Showcase Pakistan Tourism; Eco-Tourism & much more, a platform so that know-could be shared with reliability determined to make Pakistan a reliable Tourist Destination, the contribution will contribute to the much-needed FDI with International Partners such as Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, the Elite Super Yacht Industry.
“I am Pakistan” and “SRM Atelier” was launched in 2018 where SRM Couture showcases her Divine Spiritual Craftsmanship by creating handmade bespoke designs, Screen Printing, and Sewing Unit. “SRM Atelier” has an open-door policy to promote Women Entrepreneurs giving the Free Charge space to promote their products, she also organises sale evening for this purpose.
Syeda Raafia Mamujee has become the first ever Pakistani to make a mega breakthrough among the Global Elite of the “Super Yacht Industry” The first Pakistani Textile Designer Syeda Raafia Mamujee of SRM Couture based out of Karachi (PK) Antwerp (BE) has been nominated by the owners as their Fabrics Specialist and Colours Consultant for the interior’s themes for their most precious Super Yacht Project.
Along with European Collaborators & Partners such as the reputable “Yacht Club Monaco” (YCM); the vision of Prince Albert II to implement change in the Yachting Industry; Syeda Raafia Mamujee is spearheading to reduce the Carbon Footprint in the Super Yacht Industry “Going Green” operating on “Biofuels”. Along with AJ Oceans who is a veteran Yachtsman. She is nominated as a Joint Consultant for the Greenification of “Hawk Yacht” Projects affiliated with Monaco & Lloyds Register, London, UK.
From 2019 to 2021, Syeda Raafia Mamujee joined Ladiesfund as VVIP Member and worked with Ladiesfund as a Membership Coordinator. She worked as a volunteer with Educate a Girl Project in Pakistan.
From 2019 to 2020, Syeda Raafia Mamujee was instrumental Part of the first Global online Educate a Girl Conference 2020. She joined Lean In as a Circle Leader & also worked with Lean in Pakistan as a Circle Coordinator.
Since May 2021, she is working with Pakistan leading Facebook Community Womenza Pakistan as “Head of Diplomat Department” & “Head of Textile & Lifestyle Department” Executive International Affairs Coordinator & Lifestyle advisor for Womenza Pakistan. In June 2021, she started SRM Digital Marketing to provide all market solutions in one place.
In July 2021, she joined MKP Corporate Group Pakistan, Woman Chapter as President. Syeda Raafia Mamujee with her vision supported by the Late Syed Sohail Ahmed Hashmi, MKP Corporate Group Founder & Chairman, Syeda Raafia Mamujee striving to develop provisions of the Women’s Empowerment Principles – Equality Means Business, Gender Equality, and the Empowerment of Women. The objectives with present seven steps that business and other sectors can take to advance and empower women. Equal treatment of women and men is not just the right thing to do it is also good for business. The full participation of women in our enterprises and the larger community makes sound business sense now and in the future. Textile Designer Syeda Raafia Mamujee has her vision to Empower Females from Rural Areas creating a strong impact for Rural Females to give them strong self-worthiness confidence, creating opportunities through Micro-Economy Structures, Agriculture, Water Management, Cottage Industry, and Cultural Participation locally & internationally. With no doubt a Woman is a major contributor to daily life, she should be respected, protected, and supported by Law Enforcement against any type of ABUSE.

She worked on the project voice of the voiceless friends of animals. Syeda Raafia Mamujee has a fundamental objective in her life to Build a Safe Haven for Stray Animals, who have been abused, injured, and uncared for, especially Dogs, donkeys, Cats & all types of stray animals.
Her Mission is to set up a safe protected environment settlement for these voiceless friends (Animals) where they can be safe, rehabilitated, looked after & cared for; she aims to build full-fledged state-of-the-art Animal Hospitals inviting Free Lance Veterinaries from all over the World to treat these animals back to a good healthy state which is their right as she believes.
She wants the Government of Pakistan to take strict action against those Dog Breeders who promote “Dog Fighting” the injuries afflicted in such cases are an inhumane dilemma, and the authorities due to cultural hierarchy within the villages & big cities turn a blind eye as this is a form of gambling, power & respect within this sect.
She firmly believes that a Day will dawn when these Animals have a wonderful area where they are safe; they can run about & play, properly fed, with Humane Treatment.
She intends to have a Professional Animal Ambulance Service 24/7 and 365 days free of charge (FOC) to support injured four-legged friends, sick, disabled, etc.
Her dream is to build an “Animal Farm” with a State-of-the-Art Animal Clinic on the outskirts of Karachi and further develop this Program in all the provinces of Pakistan
Textile Designer Syeda Raafia Mamujee launched “Sparks Business Club” a platform of professional females who contribute to supporting Woman Entrepreneurship & advisory group on female health & matters.
