Karachi : Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Murad Ali Shah, and Ambassador of Ethiopia, H.E. Dr. Jemal Baker Abdullah, for a productive meeting at CM House, where we discussed strengthening bilateral relations and trade cooperation between Sindh and Ethiopia.
As the Honorary Consul of Ethiopia in Karachi,Ibrahim Khalid Tawab, was honored to contribute to discussions around collaboration in key sectors such as agriculture, cotton hybrid seed development, and port infrastructure. The ambassador lauded the Sindh government’s post-flood rehabilitation efforts and appreciated developments like Shahrah-e-Bhutto, a vital artery for trade and logistics.
On behalf of Ethiopia, I also presented the country’s finest treasure — Ethiopian coffee — to the Chief Minister as a token of friendship and cultural exchange.
