PARIS (11-07-2024) The highly popular trade exhibition “Texworld and Apparel Sourcing Paris 2024,” held in Paris, concluded successfully after three days. The Ambassador of Pakistan in France, Mr. Asim Iftikhar Ahmed, visited Texworld/Apparel Sourcing Paris 2024 and commended the 15 Pakistani companies that had set up their stalls at the exhibition. Texworld Evolution Paris took place from July 1st to July 3rd at the Paris Porte de Versailles, attracting a large number of professional buyers from the fashion industry who came to meet international textile and finished product manufacturers.
The comprehensive textile and apparel lineup, spanning three days in Paris, featured Texworld, Apparel Sourcing, Avantex for innovative fashion solutions, and Leatherworld covering the entire leather industry, and hosted nearly 1,200 exhibitors from 26 countries.
Pakistan featured direct exhibitors and a national pavilion organized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), showcasing a global range of fashion products alongside major manufacturing countries such as Bangladesh, China, India, France, Germany, Taiwan, and Turkey.
15 Pakistani firms participated in the exhibition, including A&J Apparel, Al Quresh, Best Bro, Samad Rubber Works, Kicker Sports and Samad Rubber Works represented clothing fashion. In the denim segment, products were on display from Be Be Jan Pakistan and Liberty Mills, while United Impex represented leather products.
Mrs. Hajra Sami, the Director of Business Development at Samad Rubber Works, shared her positive experience about the event: “We returned from the fair, and our experience has been exceptional. The exposure and opportunities we received were outstanding, allowing us to showcase our products to a broader audience and network with potential clients and industry professionals.
