Sukkur, August 16, 2024 — In a spirited display of environmental advocacy, students and faculty from Sukkur IBA University gathered in front of the Sukkur Press Club today for an awareness walk promoting the “Sarsabaz Sukkur” plantation initiative.
The campaign, aims to encourage the citizens to plant trees and foster a greener, healthier environment.
Participants carried vibrant banners and placards urging citizens to contribute to Sarsabaz Sukkur.
In his message, Professor Dr Asif Ahmed Shaikh, Vice Chancellor Sukkur IBA University, stated that, “Promoting green practices is not only beneficial but essential for our community’s future. Planting trees and enhancing our local environment is a responsibility we all share, and today’s awareness walk is a great example of how we can work together to make a positive impact.
