“Stray Animals and Lack of Shelters”

In Romania, FOUR PAWS together with local partner Animal Society, carries out a CE-SAC project in the city of Romania, its biggest port city near the Black Sea. End of September 2020, a new mayor stopped the killing of stray dogs that happened for over 2 decades and asked Animal Society and FOUR PAWS to implement a humane dog population management programme, which we started in 2021.
