Former Minister Sindh and Chairman Standing Committee on Communication (FPCCI) Muhammad Noman Saigal said the Government should enhance the efficiency level, it’s high time to establish and develop smart projects to increase the pace in public sector. In education sector in the province of Sindh the students don’t even get the basic facilities and government schools are far behind the private schools, no doubt the fee structure is very low but it’s the same in countries like Canada, UK, Australia, the schools in these countries are as good as like private schools.
The government should start new projects which are technology based and if the schools don’t have budget for teachers, furniture fixtures theycan connect these schools to a proper school, can have the students study through this smart project.
Basic training centers of IT should also be established on minimum feeStructureto make the children have basic computer knowledge so they can at least use the computer by themselves. government of Sindh now has to make a road map in this regard and to establish schools with the help of IT Consultants, involving P&D and Finance departments to increase the growth rate among the masses. In health sector same practice can be adopted in the hospital which can make those hospitals function which are not working due to the lack of budget and SNE.
The new concept of smart projects in these major sectors can help, accomplish the goals in a very short time and the departments can also renovate the premises andbuildings into smart buildings by which they can fulfill all the needs of technology to flourish venues in various sectors to provide services in a short span of time specially in the province of Sindh which could be further replicated in Pakistan.
