KARACHI: Karachi is a peace-loving city, Thanks to the Sindh Police, they have maintained peace in Karachi. Ambassador at Large for Global Peace, Human Rights & Interfaith Harmony Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui Chairman, Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH) has said that Sindh Police personnel have restored peace in our province especially in Karachi by sacrificing their lives. He said the martyrs are still alive in their hearts and their services are a beacon for the police. They (martyrs) are the most precious asset of any nation in a country. We have a strong bond with the families of the officers and the personnel, who sacrificed their lives. He paid tributes to the martyrs saying that “their sacrifices will always be remembered in our hearts. Due to the sacrifices of martyred cops, we are breathing in an atmosphere of peace. It is our duty to pay honour to the sacrifices of martyrs.




Global Peace Ambassador, Human Rights Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui while addressing the audience said that Karachi was number one on the list of dangerous cities seven years ago. This nation is ready to die in the name of Pakistan. Sindh Police Peace Conference 2023 was organized by AdPulse in a local hotel in Karachi to support the endless sacrifices and services of the Sindh Police. Chief Guest Advisor to the Chief Minister of Sindh for Law and Spokesperson to the Government of Sindh Barrister Murtaza Wahab and Guest of Honor I.G. Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon participated in the event.
The Ambassador at Large for Global Peace, Human Rights & Interfaith Harmony Imam Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui Chairman, Interfaith Commission for Peace & Harmony (ICPH)appreciated Sindh police, especially IG Police, Ghulam Nabi Memon, Addl. IG Police, Jawed Alam Odho, all DIGs, and SSPs of Karachi police for bringing peace and controlling the difficult situation in Karachi. He said that peace in Karachi is the result of the lives of many policemen namely, SP Choudhry Aslam Shaheed, Inspector Shafiq Tanoli Shaheed, Inspector Bahadur Ali Shaheed, and many other officials, who have sacrificed for changing the city of Karachi from one of the dangerous cities to a safe one and the Sindh police, especially the Karachi police have played a big role in maintaining peace and tranquility in the province of Sindh, especially in the city of Karachi despite the difficult and critical situations prevailing in Karachi. He praised the Sindh Police for its high professionalism in administrative matters, security, and counter-terrorism matters. He said professional services of Sindh Police and SSU commandos. Police officers have sacrificed their lives to curb crime. He further added that law and order in the province were the results of the eternal sacrifices of the martyrs of the police.




Global Peace Ambassador, Human Rights Allama Muhammad Ahsan Siddiqui said that only if there is peace in Karachi, success will come in Karachi and Pakistan. The economy will improve and the entire society will have to help the police. He further added that peace and tranquility are extremely important for the development of any country or city. International investments also depend upon the peace of the particular city as well as the country. Karachi needs to be made a smart city, cameras are much needed to catch terrorists and criminals. Federal and Sindh Governments should increase the Police Force, issue them modern equipment, and should equip them with forensic services. He said that Karachi is a city of peace and our police are doing a very good job. PSL happens because of Sindh Police.
