Karachi : A simple and dignified ceremony was organized by SHINE Humanity Pakistan, at Frere Hall, in which a 30-foot Urgent Care Clinic was inaugurated. The container, provided by the Aziz and Razia Dharamsey Family Foundation is the third container donated by the family to the NGO, for the provision of healthcare across rural Pakistan.
On this occasion, Director General (CDC) Dr. Zulfikar Dharijo was the chief guest of the event. He addressed the event, and expressed his gratitude and pride in SHINE for providing public health facilities. He also congratulated the Dharmasey Family Foundation, reiterating the government’s continued support to SHINE Humanity.
Through these mobile clinics, SHINE Humanity is providing medical assistance to beneficiaries across Sindh, at their doorstep. SHINE Humanity’s work is commendable, Chairman of SHINE Humanity Pakistan, Kalbe Abbas Dharamsey said. This donation to SHINE Humanity was made possible through their family foundation, named the Aziz & Razia Dharamsey Family Foundation. SHINE being registered in the United States of America, and Pakistan has a mission which is to provide primary healthcare for all.
This new Mobile Urgent Care Unit holds space for 2 doctors, a pharmacy, and offers lab facilities – another step towards improving services. On the occasion, Chief Guest, Director General (CDC) Dr. Zulfiqar Dharijoa and Chairman of Shine Humanity Pakistan, Kalbe Abbas, cut the ribbon of the Urgent Care Clinic. Faheem Khan, COO of SHINE Humanity, Executive Director Naila Ahmed, Khayyam Hussain Managing Director, Autocom Pvt. Ltd, Program Organizer Syed Zohaib Rehman and his team, along with other guests also participated in the inauguration ceremony of the Container Clinic.
