Karachi: Team We Organize is back and while keeping up with the current trends the directors of We Organize namely Amna Shariq, Kiran Yousaf, Huma Wasti and Amna Zia brought together some of the greatest industrial chefs, business representatives, and organizations at one place to celebrate the season of Mango the king of fruits under the name of “Mango Adventure”.
The “Mango Adventure” took place in Karachi. The timings were from 11:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Chief Guest for the event was Mr Kaubab Iqbal who is the Chairman and Founder of Consumer Association of Pakistan (CAP), The Special Guest of Honor was Ms Syeda Rafia Mamujee. Other guests of honor included Mr. Furqan Ali Khan who is the head of corporate sales /public relations of Vital Group of Companies, Mr. Miraj Hussain who is the head of marketing of DAWN bread, Dr. Tasneem Kausar the vice chairperson of Pakistan Health, Naghma Aqeel the vice Chairperson of Social Affairs and Mr. Qais Mansoor Chairman Insan Dost party.
The guest speaker for the event was Yogi Wajahat (Chief Wellness Trainer). The classes were conducted by chefs Chef Kamran (certified PITHM trainer) and Chef Amber Fuzail (Gold Medalist from COTHM). The judges were Chef Altaf Khan (international traveler master chef), Chef Syed Tauheed (industrial chef at UAE), Chef Wajid (head pastry chef), Chef Sohail Ahmed (Industrial chef), Syed Yasoob (Certified PITHM) and Chef Khurram (CEO of Dexter Institution). Other guests included Faiz Yaqoob (CEO of Crown Foods)
Supporting partners were the Consumer Association of Pakistan (CAP), Women Wing of the Consumer Association of Pakistan, The official collaborating partners were Vital Tea (Vital group of companies) and SPARKS Business Club. Official media partners were PTV, Metro Tv, Dharti Tv, and A-One NEWS Channel with anchor person Mr. Adeel Khan. The photography partner was Al Rashid Studio. Sponsors for the event were Vital Tea, MALKA FOODS, DAWN Bread, and Crown Foods. The strategic partner for the event was CHEF ID.
There were multiple activities such as classes being given by great chefs, there were stalls for display and selling, and a healthy competition held with 3 categories namely desserts, cakes, and unique cuisines. The judgment was based mainly on the quality of taste and presentation. The winners and even the participants were given their respective medals. The ones in 1st place were given gold, in the 2nd place were given silver, and the ones in 3rd place were given bronze medals.
